Bergman & Beving, a company specializing in acquiring and developing companies, completed the acquisition of a 90% stake in DataLase, a provider of laser coding and marking for products and packaging. Financial terms were not disclosed. “DataLase offers a unique printing solution, replacing traditional ink with a patented photonic printing technology. The advantages include top printing quality, high efficiency on packaging line, a clean printing environment and less waste.
