Greenthesis Group, a company that offers sustainability consulting services, completed the acquisition of a 75% stake in Friul Julia, a waste-management company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are pleased to have formed an alliance with the Nadalutti family. This new operation, in line with our objectives of progressive growth through external lines and broadening our geographical base of operational influence, is perfectly complementary and integrative with assets already present in the Northeast.
