Asker Healthcare completed the acquisition of Innomedicus.

Asker Healthcare, a partner to caregivers and patients across Europe, completed the acquisition of Innomedicus, a Swiss niche distributor specializing in medical devices and solutions for precise diagnostics and minimally invasive urology therapies.
