The Heico Companies completed the acquisition of Kershaw from Progress Rail.

The Heico Companies, a private holding company specializing in manufacturing, construction and industrial services, completed the acquisition of Kershaw, a supplier of rail maintenance and vegetation management equipment, from Progress Rail, a wholly owned subsidiary of Caterpillar.
