VINCI Construction-backed Nuvia completed the acquisition of Marsein.

VINCI Construction-backed Nuvia, a global engineering and services company, completed the acquisition of Marsein, a nuclear service provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. This acquisition has enabled Nuvia, which already operates in 16 countries, to move into Spain. It will enable Marsein to expand its maintenance and decommissioning capabilities by including Nuvia’s technological expertise and resources in its services.
