Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. completed the acquisition of Tompkins Insurance Agencies from Tompkins Financial Corporation for $223m.

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., an insurance brokerage and consulting firm, completed the acquisition of Tompkins Insurance Agencies, an insurance provider, from Tompkins Financial Corporation, a financial services company, for $223m. “It was in the long-term interests of the TIA employees and customers to find a partner that best positioned them for continued success well into the future.
