Ingersoll Rand completed the acquisition of Transvac Systems.

Ingersoll Rand, a global provider of mission-critical flow creation and life science and industrial solutions, completed the acquisition of Transvac Systems, a UK-based global supplier of ejector solutions and sustainable process technologies used to move, mix, and compress fluids and gases. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition expands our portfolio with innovative technology that complements our existing solutions and opens new opportunities in sustainability-driven markets.
