EverSeed completed the acquisition of Exxaro Ferroalloys Proprietary from Exxaro Resources for ZAR 250m.

EverSeed, a black-owned operator, developer, and investor, completed the acquisition of Exxaro Ferroalloys Proprietary, a producer of ferrosilicon, serving domestic customers and holding an active export license, from Exxaro Resources, a resources mining company, for ZAR250m. “The acquisition of FerroAlloys is squarely aligned with EverSeed’s long-term strategy to build and operate essential industrial businesses.
