Danfoss completed the acquisition of Hydro Holding from Renaissance Partners.

Danfoss, a Danish company that develops and manufactures HVAC-related products, completed the acquisition of Hydro Holding, an Italian manufacturer of hose fittings, adapters, hose assemblies, and formed steel tubing used in hydraulic systems for sectors such as material handling, agriculture, construction, oil & gas, mining, and marine from from Renaissance Partners, an investment firm.
