Healthcare Holding Schweiz, a provider of medical technology services and distribution solutions in Switzerland, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in QUNIQUE, a consulting firm specialized in regulatory compliance in the medical device and in-vitro diagnostics sectors. Financial terms were not disclosed. "QUNIQUE is a dynamic and fast-growing consultancy that perfectly complements our group's offering as a medical technology distributor.
