BPER Banca completed the merger with BP Sondrio.

BPER Banca, an Italian banking group, completed the merger with BP Sondrio, an Italian bank. Financial terms were not disclosed. The larger operating scale will enable the new group to fully exploit economies of scale, increase productivity, improve operating efficiency and optimise investments.
