Hansen Technologies to acquire Digitalk Group Holdings for £33.1m.

Hansen Technologies, a company specializing in enterprise software for the energy, utilities, communications, and media sectors, agreed to acquire Digitalk Group Holdings, a provider of MVNO and carrier-grade communication platforms, for £33.1m. “Digitalk is a highly complementary acquisition for Hansen – technologically, commercially, and culturally," Andrew Hansen, Hansen Global CEO.
