Blue Sage-backed Impact, a multifamily services provider specializing in flooring and surface installation solutions, completed the acquisition of property services division of Interior Logic, a provider of interior home design and finish solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Through the acquisition of Property Services, Impact has found a true partner that will allow us to better serve our customers from coast to coast.
