Adelis Equity Partners-backed Circura completed the acquisition of RS Byggnads.

Adelis Equity Partners-backed Circura, a group specializing in maintaining and renewing Sweden’s buildings, completed the acquisition of RS Byggnads, a provider of construction services, property changes, and insurance claims in Malmö and the surrounding area.
