Riverarch-backed Fresh Direct Produce, a distributor of ethnic, organic, and conventional produce, completed the acquisition of Yen Bros Food Service, a food service distributor based in Vancouver, British Columbia. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This strategic acquisition will further strengthen our ability to service our food service customers and to meet their changing requirements.
