Seven2-backed Odigo, a global provider of Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) solutions, completed the acquisition of Akio, a company specializing in omnichannel customer service software. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition reflects the natural consolidation of a rapidly transforming market and marks a key milestone in building a European leader in the CCaaS and CXaaS space. Together, we combine innovation, AI-powered customer engagement solutions, expertise and proximity to offer our clients comprehensive coverage of the customer experience market, from SMBs to large enterprises," Jean-Michel Breul, Odigo Co-CEO.
