Convergint Technologies completed the acquisition of NuSource Financial from Mosaic Capital Partners.

Convergint Technologies, a service-based global integrator of electronic security, fire alarm and life safety, healthcare technologies, communications, and building automation, completed the acquisition of NuSource Financial, a provider of branch transformation, ATM services, and security solutions for financial institutions across the US from Mosaic Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on investing in lower middle market companies through employee ownership transactions.
