XPartners completed the acquisition of Vcon VVS Konsult.

XPartners, a company that offers sustainable solutions, completed the acquisition of Vcon Vvs Konsult, a provider of HVAC and energy consulting services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “By now becoming part of XPartners, we can offer our people at VCON an exciting and developing future.
