Yimutian to acquire Xunxi Technology.

Yimutian, a Chinese B2B e-commerce platform that digitalizes the agricultural product supply chain by connecting buyers and sellers through its online platform, agreed to acquire Xunxi Technology, a technology-driven e-commerce operation service provider. Financial terms are not disclosed. “The integration of Xunxi Technology’s accumulated supply chain resources and channel advantages with Yimutian’s digital agricultural infrastructure will continuously create long-term value for shareholders.
