Grant Thornton Advisors, an independent audit and assurance, tax and advisory firm, completed the acquisition of Grant Thornton Switzerland/Liechtenstein, a consulting firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. The addition of Switzerland/Liechtenstein strengthens the platform’s unified advisory and tax solutions, as well as its independent audit and assurance practices. The expansion also enhances Grant Thornton’s network of professionals in key European financial hubs, including Zurich and Geneva, alongside existing presences in Bermuda, the Cayman Islands, and UAE.
