Legacy Holdings-backed AGP completed the acquisition of PMT  Site.

Legacy Holdings-backed American  Gridwork  Partners (AGP), a firm focused on infrastructure services, completed the acquisition of PMT  Site, an underground utility and site infrastructure contractor. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This partnership marks an exciting new chapter for PMT Site.
