AtkinsRéalis Group, an engineering, procurement and construction services provider, completed the acquisition of C2AE, a Michigan-based architecture and engineering firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction underscores AtkinsRéalis’ commitment to accelerating growth in the US by complementing the Company’s footprint in the US Upper Midwest and further building technical solutions and capabilities.
