Cadence Design Systems completed the acquisition of Chipstack from Khosla Ventures.

Cadence Design Systems, an electronic design automation and semiconductor company, completed the acquisition of Chipstack, a developer of agentic AI solutions from Khosla Ventures, a venture capital firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “They’ve built agentic AI that solves one of chip design’s biggest bottlenecks, accelerating verification by 70%.
