Galecto, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, completed the acquisition of Damora Therapeutics, a biotechnology company developing next‑generation, disease‑modifying biologics for mutant calreticulin‑driven myeloproliferative neoplasms. Financial terms were not disclosed.
