Syrma SGS to acquire Elcome and Navicom for $26m.

Syrma SGS, a provider of electronic system design and manufacturing services, agreed to acquire Elcome, a maritime defense technology solutions provider, and Navicom, a provider of sale and after sales support for merchant ships and navy ships, for $26m.
