The Generation Essentials Group, a global media and entertainment company, agreed to acquire the 100th Ritz Carlton Hotel from Far East Consortium International, a property development company that offers hotel, parking and facility management. Financial terms were not disclosed. This acquisition represents another important step for TGE's expansion in the global hospitality sector.
