Tsleil-Waututh Nation to acquire Hastings casino business from Great Canadian Entertainment.

Tsleil-Waututh Nation, one of the First Nation groups of Coast Salish peoples living in the Pacific Northwest, agreed to acquire the Hastings casino business, from Great Canadian Entertainment, a gaming and hospitality company. Financial terms are not disclosed. “We are excited about this next step towards economic self-determination for our Nation in our traditional territory, which will bring benefits to our community and the next seven generations.
