Zadarma completed the acquisition of Megacall.

Zadarma, a global cloud communications provider, completed the acquisition of Megacall, a multilingual telecommunications provider that offers virtual switchboards, SIP trunks and cloud contact-center solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. This acquisition helps Zadarma grow its presence in Europe, and brings new tools and services to Megacall customers.
