Parker Hannifin to acquire Filtration Group for $9.25bn.

Parker Hannifin, a provider of motion and control technologies, agreed to acquire Filtration Group, a provider of filtration consumables that are designed to drive innovation and deliver solutions, for $9.25bn. "This strategic transaction continues our investment in high quality businesses that continue to transform our portfolio, accelerate sales growth and improve profitability," Jenny Parmentier, Parker Chairman of the Board and CEO.
