Harvest Midstream completed the acquisition of Kenai LNG facility of Marathon Petroleum.

Harvest Midstream, a privately-held midstream company services provider, completed the acquisition of Kenai LNG facility of Marathon Petroleum, a crude oil refining company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Today's announcement is another milestone in delivering real energy solutions for Alaska and advancing America's energy infrastructure.
