Lithia & Driveway completed the acquisition of Prosche Beverly Hills and Audi Santa Monica.

Lithia & Driveway, a global automotive retailer, completed the acquisition of Prosche Beverly Hills, a Porsche automotive dealer, and Audi Santa Monica, an Audi automotive dealer. Financial terms were not disclosed.
