ROLI completed the acquisition of Ultraleap from Mayfair Equity Partners.

ROLI, a music technology company, completed the acquisition of Ultraleap, a technology company that develops advanced hand tracking and mid-air haptic feedback technologies, from Mayfair Equity Partners, an investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Ultimately, Tom and I saw an opportunity to bring Ultraleap into ROLI, to build a truly defensible technology company in the music space.
