BayPine-backed Harbor completed the acquisition of Encoretech.

BayPine-backed Harbor, a global legal technology and consulting firm, completed the acquisition of Encoretech, a US-based provider of technology training and adoption services for law firms and corporate legal teams. Financial terms were not disclosed.
