Nefab completed the acquisition of Jase Packaging and Heuman Verpakkingen.

Nefab, a multinational packaging and logistics solutions company, completed the acquisition of Jase Packaging, a specialized Dutch company focused on industrial-strength packaging solutions, and Heuman Verpakkingen, a Dutch specialist in industrial packaging and logistics services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition strengthens Nefab’s position in the regional market and enhances our capacity to deliver premium wood-based solutions and services to customers in, for example, key segments like Healthcare and Semicon.
