Pye-Barker Fire & Safety completed the acquisition of Lifeline Fire & and Security.

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety, a fully integrated and full-service fire protection, life safety and security services provider, completed the acquisition of Lifeline Fire & and Security, a provider of security solutions, including proactive video monitoring, with live operator intervention, and mobile surveillance units. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Proactive video monitoring is the future of security.
