Nestor Cables completed the acquisition of cables business of Clearfield.

Nestor Cables, a Finnish manufacturer specializing in fibre optic cable solutions, completed the acquisition of cables business of Clearfield, a provider of fiber products and accessories. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Today’s sale of the Nestor Cables business sharpens our focus on Clearfield’s core business and better positions us to capitalize on higher-return opportunities that align with our strengths.
