AFM Capital-backed Pro Products completed the acquisition of Owens Industries.

AFM Capital-backed Pro Products, a precision machining platform, completed the acquisition of Owens Industries, a Wisconsin-based ultra-precision CNC machining company focused on complex, tight-tolerance components for aerospace, defense, space and medical markets.
