Synopsis
McCain Foods, a manufacturer and marketer of frozen potato products, agreed to acquire Penobscot McCrum, a family-owned company specializing in the production of frozen potato specialty products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is a natural next step for the long-standing partnership between our farming operations and McCain Foods,” Jay McCrum, Penobscot McCrum Owner and CEO.
