Synopsis

Keystone-backed Egged Transportation, an Israel-based public transportation operator, agreed to acquire a 51% stake in TOKS, a passenger land transportation company, from Zabolis Partners, an investment management group, and Nemunas Dagilis for €33m. “This investment in Lithuania reflects our strategy to build one of the most advanced and strongest public transport operators in Europe. This step further reinforces our position and demonstrates the group’s financial, managerial, and operational capabilities,” Amir Levi, Egged Chairman of the Board.
