Cognizant completed the acquisition of 3Cloud from Gryphon Investors.

Cognizant, an American multinational technology company, completed the acquisition of 3Cloud, a dedicated Microsoft Azure services provider, from Gryphon Investors, a middle-market private investment firm. Financial terms are not disclosed.
