Schulthess Maschinen, a manufacturer of premium laundry appliances, completed the acquisition of Armstrong France from Armstrong France Holdings, a laundry equipment rental and sales firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Armstrong France is a partner of no more than a star partner, and is also a direct partner of the company to a dynamic market with great potential. Our large and energy-efficient products and digital services we offer have brought long-term added value to the French laundry market,” Thomas Marder, Schulthess CEO.
