Vance Street Capital completed the acquisition of Damotech from Mountaingate Capital.

Vance Street Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Damotech, a warehouse rack safety provider with a focus on aftermarket solutions, from Mountaingate Capital, a private equity firm.
