Alta Capital completed a $100m investment in Isprava Group.

Alta Capital, the Indian operating partner of Hillhouse Investments, completed a $100m investment in Isprava Group, a luxury real estate developer. The investment, which is a combination of primary and secondary shares, is expected to help expand in vacation destinations such as Goa, Alibaug, Karjat and Kasauli. The funds would also be used to give the company’s uber-rich clients international offerings, while providing exits to some of the earlier high net worth investors.
