Aspira Partners-backed Teqt Group completed the acquisition of MZ Plåt.

Aspira Partners-backed Teqt Group,group of companies bringing together roofing contractors, completed the acquisition of MZ Plåt, a sheet metal fabrication company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very pleased to welcome MZ Plåt to Teqt Group. MZ Plåt is an established company in the Stockholm area that, with its own workshop in Gustavsberg, has a stable customer base and great potential for growth. The acquisition is part of our strategy to grow further in the Stockholm region and utilize synergies within the group between roofers and sheet metal workers," Fredrik Karlsson, Teqt Group M&A manager.
