Labcorp to acquire outreach laboratory assets from Parkview Health.

Labcorp, a healthcare company, agreed to acquire outreach laboratory assets from Parkview Health, a healthcare services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Labcorp and Parkview share a deep commitment to improve the health and lives in the communities we serve. This acquisition is expected to provide patients and physicians across Indiana and northwest Ohio with greater access to Labcorp’s comprehensive laboratory services, scientific expertise and expanded testing capabilities to help them make informed care decisions,” Amy Rhine-Pallas, Labcorp's North Central Division Senior Vice President.
