HMC Premedical, an Italian biomedical company that develops and manufactures medical devices and components, including solutions for artificial nutrition, respiratory support, and customized biomedical products, completed the acquisition of AMS, an Italian biomedical company specializing in pain therapy, neuromodulation, and spinal surgery devices, known for clinical training and research‑oriented medical device solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Becoming part of the HMC Premedical Group represents a great opportunity for development.
