Gilde Healthcare completed the acquisition of Funke Medical and Deron from Harald Quandt Industriebeteiligungen.

Gilde Healthcare, a venture capital firm, completed the acquisition of Funke Medical and Deron, a distributor of sleeping mattresses from Harald Quandt Industriebeteiligungen, a private equity firm.
