Pollen Street Capital-backed Finsolutia to acquire Hipoges from Kohlberg Kravis Roberts.

Pollen Street Capital-backed Finsolutia, a provider of independent loan and real estate management services, agreed to acquire Hipoges, a multi-asset management platform, from Kohlberg Kravis Roberts, a private equity firm.
