Susquehanna Growth Equity-backed PerkSpot, an HR technology company specializing in providing employee discount and engagement solutions, completed the acquisition of Perkopolis, Canada's provider of fully managed employee perk, discount, and reward programs. Financial terms were not disclosed. The merger of PerkSpot and Perkopolis marks a step forward in enhancing both companies’ shared mission to help employees save more so they can do more of what they love. Together, the combined company will be an employee discount solution in North America, expanding access to exclusive savings for millions of members across the US and Canada.
