DigiTech completed the acquisition of Quick Med Claims from Greylion Capital.

DigiTech, a provider of advanced billing services and technology to the EMS and ambulance transport industries, completed the acquisition of Quick Med Claims, a provider of medical transportation billing and reimbursement, from Greylion Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition allows DigiTech to serve niche markets, such as air medical transport billing, where Quick Med Claims has a presence, further diversifying the service offering.
